Your admission ticket includes access to the paddock, hill, courtyard and spectator enclosures.


What am I not allowed to bring in to the event?

No weapons, knives, drugs, fireworks or flares are allowed. No dogs, other than assistance dogs are permitted.


What happens in bad weather?

In great British fashion we carry on regardless if it rains.


What’s your refund policy?

Unfortunately, once your ticket is booked, we can’t offer refunds or transfer the tickets to another day, or event, unless the organisers have to cancel. We have no problem with you giving or selling it someone else (face value only please, let’s be nice!)


Would all visitors please respect our neighbours and the speed limits through the local villages and lanes leading to our venue and please note that Fetterlocks Lane is unsuitable for all event traffic. Thank you

  • Where does the Ride Out start?
    Northbound Strensham Service Area, M5, Worcestershire, WR8 0BZ – Assembly point HGV Car Park Please arrive between 8.30am - 9.00hrs – Assembly point, the HGV Car Park. Please present your ticket/voucher at the check in desk on arrival to be exchanged for an event entry wristband. The ride will depart at 9.30am. Please be by your bike and ready to depart. There will be motorcycle marshals participating in the ride, they can be identified by a Yellow high vis.
  • Where does the Ride Out end?
    The Ride Out will end at Shelsley Walsh Bike Bonanza event at Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb, Worcester WR6 6RP. The Ride Out ticket includes event entry.
  • Do I have to pre-book or can I just turn up on the day?
    The Ride Out is pre-booking only.
  • What does my ticket cover?
    The ticket price is per person and guarantees a place for you and your bike to participate in the Ride Out, Bike Bonanza event entry, forward parking, access to paddock, hill and spectator enclosures. Please do not turn up to the Ride Out without an entry ticket/wristband as it will be limited by the authorities on how many bikes can take part. Children under 16 years old go free with a full paying adult. A £3 donation of all pre-bookings to be donated to the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Please present your ticket/voucher at the check in desk at Strensham on arrival to be exchanged for an event entry wristband.
  • Can I bring along a pillion rider?
    Yes. If you have a valid ticket for the Ride Out and wish to bring a pillion rider with you, you can purchase a ticket for the pillion when making the booking through the website.
  • What vehicles can take part in the Ride Out?
    Motorway regulations apply, so learners are not able to take part. Riders must hold a full UK biker license. No cars or push bikes.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    Dogs are not permitted on site at Bike Bonanza.
  • Safety/Riding:
    » The motorcycle that you’ll be riding must be roadworthy, possess a valid MOT certificate and insurance as defined by the law. » At the time of the event if you are suffering from any disability whether permanent or temporary, which is likely to affect your normal control of the motorcycle, you will not take part. You will not put yourself in a position on the road that endangers yourself, your pillion or other road users. Please take your lead from the rider in front, giving enough space as to not bunch up too close. You will adhere to the highway code and speed limits. Please respect others road users, ride safely and enjoy!
  • Riding Speed
    Marshals will be visible as you depart Strensham, on the road outside the muster point and at Shelsley Walsh. There will also be several biker marshals who will be visible in high vis participating in the ride. Be careful not to ‘bunch up’ and allow enough space for fellow riders. If you lose the group, make your way to the muster point. The speed will not go over 60 mph on motorways and 30/40 mph on A roads. The ride in will take approx. 1hr. Please respect our neighbours at Shelsley Walsh and the speed limits through the local villages and lanes leading to the venue.
  • What is the Refund Policy?

  • Are refreshments available?
    Refreshments are available to purchase at Strensham Services. There will be various stands offering food and drink at the Shelsley Walsh ‘Bike Bonanza’ event.

    Midland Automobile Club (Est 1901) Limited, the organisers, landowners, promoters, or their respective representatives (the “Parties”) accepts no legal liability for accident, death, personal injury, loss or damage sustained or incurred whilst participating in the charity ride or at Bike Bonanza, irrespective of any guidance or instruction from Marshals or Representatives. You must ensure the safety of yourselves, your pillion and event attendees. By participating, you agree to these terms.

    There will be a number of food outlets and vendors catering to all our visitors. In addition the Shelsley Walsh courtyard restaurant will be open and the main bars.
  • Can you buy tickets on the day?
    Yes tickets will be available at the gate for £20.00 per person
