Get ready for a packed day of motorcycle action at Shelsley Walsh as the famous hill climb welcomes the return of Bike Bonanza. The high-octane event features everything from classic motorcycles to hotly contested roadgoing classes, all taking on the narrow, fast and challenging 1000-yard course. Unlike a static bike show, Shelsley Walsh gives you the unique opportunity to get up close to lots of historic, classic and race bikes and watch (smell and hear) them run the historic hill climb course.

Be sure to stick around and watch the thrilling end-of-day run-offs as the fastest 10 riders go head-to-head for overall honours.

The awesome Lansdowne Classic Series set to compete

More than 20 historic bikes from the Lansdowne Classic Series British Championship are set to compete. Expect to see a fantastic array of pre-1962 Norton, Matchless, BSA, Rudge, Triumph, Vincent and AJS Grand Prix and road-based racers recreating the sight, sound and spirit of racing in the 1950s and early 1960s.

The Lansdowne Classic Series is the UK’s premier classic motorcycle racing club and is committed to preserving the spirit of historic Grand Prix racing. It acts as a feeder class for the prestigious Goodwood Members’ Meeting. These riders are the crème de la crème of historic motorcycle racers and offer a guaranteed spectacle. It will come as no surprise that the Norton Manx is a prominent favourite on the grid. This year, the iconic British brand will be out in full force with manufacturer support from Norton Motorcycles.
